  I dealt with a pharmacy tech whose name was Laura. I was trying to find out things to help with tight muscles near my neck and shoulder. She was rude and nasty. She seemed distracted and told me to go near the "gimp in the wheelchair" and used her head to motion towards a woman in a wheelchair in the next aisle over. That pissed me off. I tried to contact the store manager before leaving and was told to get in the customer service line, which had like 20 people in it and I couldn't wait that long. I tried calling and got hung up on three times. So don't go to this pharmacy or store. It's ridiculous that an employee should get away with calling a customer a gimp because she was in a wheelchair, let alone say it to another customer.
