  If you have insurance and is ever charge for extra repair services or a replacement device, contact sprint right away. The employee including management in this store are scamming you for things that are covered under your insurance. When your device is being repaired or replace, get the actual paper work! If they also tell you that parts or devices is on back order, it's also a lie, if they don't have the part, they have to replace the device. Wireless Revolution here and at the lakes mall have gotten in trouble by Sprint many times for scamming their customers. You have to protect yourself and your account by contacting Sprint if you are charged extra and you have insurance. Even if you don't have insurance, there is a flat fee for repairs. Once this fee is paid, and they can't repair it, the device has to be replaced without any additional fees. If you're told to come back after 30 days of a repair, it's a scam. You can come back anytime after any repair. Be careful at this store. This store is only an authorize dealer. If possible, find an actual corporate store and repair center.

  Wednesday, I go into the store and describe what's going on with my phone. The associate says that it's a known problem and ORDERS a new one a right there in front of me and says "it will be here by Monday." Monday rolls around haven't heard anything from them by 1:30. I go into the store and see if the phone arrived. They couldn't find my "ticket" and said that their delivery hadn't arrived yet and that the delivery usually gets there by 3. So, I wait. No word from them. (Seeing past reviews I figured this would happen.) I call just about 5pm & ask if my phone had arrived yet. The associate who answers the phone came back and said "well no, looks like the order was processed Thursday morning, and it usually takes THREE to FIVE business days." Now their story has changed to this bullshit. That's not what I was told by the original associate. The original associate said with confidence it would be here by Monday. Today IS business day three. Don't lead your customers into believing their order will be there on a certain day when you know otherwise.
