  You might find a better price at a big box store but cannot match their service. Let me give you a situation that took place on a Friday afternoon. We were packing for vacation and our full 21 cubic foot chest freezer malfunctioned. We called for service and in one hour they were here. long store short needed to replace freezer. We called the store, went in and picked one out and they arranged to deliver it that same day. Because of them we didn't loose one item and could go on vacation with no worries. Always buy all our appliances from them for this very reason.
