  This was my first experience in shopping at Art Van Furniture and I have to say it was a very good experience. We were greeted at the door by a friendly salesperson but then allowed to freely roam the store looking for what we wanted. With their large inventory we were able find what we wanted quickly. Our salesperson was immediately available for questions and she was gave us all the option for pricing and delivery. Since we live more than an hour from Muskegon delivery was a concern. We were given a delivery date and time that was convenient for us. Their delivery men called us when they were about 30 minutes away. The delivery guys were quick, careful and hauled our new heavy furniture up to our second floor without hesitation. Thank you Jason and Russell. All in all - a very satisfying purchase.
